Fixe Learning Portuguese Course for Foreigners is designed for international students who wish to learn Portuguese effectively, confidently, and naturally.
Through a modern and interactive methodology, the course focuses on practical communication, real-life contexts, and cultural immersion across Portuguese-speaking countries.

Course Structure

The course follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), divided into levels:

  • A1 – Beginner: greetings, basic expressions, and simple communication.

  • A2 – Elementary: short sentences and understanding basic texts.

  • B1 – Intermediate: independent communication in daily situations.

  • B2 – Upper-Intermediate: discussions, comprehension of authentic materials, and extended vocabulary.

  • C1 – Advanced: fluent and natural interaction with complex topics.

  • C2 – Proficiency: full command of the Portuguese language.

  • Average duration: 60 hours per module

  • New groups: every month

🏆 Certification

Students receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of each level, recognizing their progress and proficiency in Portuguese.

Methodology

  5. Write short sentences and complete basic forms.
  6. Develop pronunciation and listening comprehension foundations.

Goal: Handle simple interactions and expand vocabulary.

Students will learn to:

  1. Talk about daily routines, hobbies, and preferences.

  2. Describe their home, city, and people around them.

  3. Understand short dialogues and announcements.

  4. Make simple travel arrangements and orders at restaurants.

  5. Use basic verb tenses (present, past, and near future).

  6. Write short emails, notes, and simple texts.

Goal: Communicate independently in familiar contexts.

Students will learn to:

  • Express opinions and experiences about familiar topics.

  • Tell stories and describe past events.

  • Understand the main ideas of radio, TV, and short articles.

  • Deal with most situations that arise while traveling.

  • Use a wider range of verb tenses (including conditional and imperative).

  • Write paragraphs and structured texts (letters, essays, blog posts).

Goal: Speak with greater fluency and accuracy.

Students will learn to:

  1. Participate actively in discussions and debates.

  2. Understand and summarize complex spoken and written materials.

  3. Express viewpoints and support them with arguments.

  4. Recognize nuances and idiomatic expressions.

  5. Use advanced grammar and cohesive connectors naturally.

  6. Write detailed texts, reports, and analytical compositions.

Goal: Communicate fluently and spontaneously in any context.

Students will learn to:

  1. Use Portuguese flexibly in professional, social, and academic situations.

  2. Understand implicit meanings and figurative language.

  3. Produce well-structured, coherent writing on complex topics.

  4. Give presentations, negotiate, and debate fluently.

  5. Adapt speech to formal and informal situations.

  6. Appreciate cultural and literary references from Portuguese-speaking countries.

Goal: Achieve near-native command of Portuguese.

Students will learn to:

  1. Understand virtually everything heard or read.

  2. Summarize information from multiple sources and reconstruct arguments.

  3. Express themselves precisely, effortlessly, and stylistically naturally.

  4. Engage in specialized and academic discussions with accuracy.

  5. Write polished texts for professional or literary purposes.

  6. Develop a deep understanding of Portuguese-speaking cultures and dialects.
